We believe in participatory certification systems. We belong to several networks that guarantee the organic origin of food from local producers without the need of an official certification company acting as an intermediary. Besides, in the participatory certification processes the groups stand for a different agriculture model in the social, economic and political spheres –including of course the organic production model.

With consumers and producers working together we have designed a guarantee system by which all parts can be sure that things are being done properly. Together, we can do it.

On the other hand, in order to have access to other markets, in 2012 we started the official organic certification process with CAAE.
